Hazel Oyeze Onou popularly known as White-money, winner of Big Brother Naija season 6, recently met with the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Affairs and discussed ways of improving entertainment in Sierra Leone.
The meeting was also meant to motivate potential contestants for Big Brother Sierra Leone season 3 to put in their best.
White Money suggested that in a bid to enable the entertainment industry in any nation to grow, love and hard work among entertainers is vital.
He said that it took quite a while for Nigeria’s entertainment industry to get to where it is, and emphasised thus, “Sierra Leone could have the same growth; there is no magic about it…So let us embrace love.”
He also encouraged Sierra Leoneans to support entertainers and the industry.
“I am also calling on Sierra Leoneans to support Housemate Salone season 3,” he concluded. Memunatu Pratt, the Minster of Tourism in her statement called on Housemates ‘Salone’ to treat the show with utmost seriousness as much would be expected, saying, “Hence those that cannot bear the heat should ‘Pull Hand’(opt out) because , ‘the game get Yagba’ , indicating that this year’s competition will be very tough. She said that they are ready to see that entertainment in Sierra Leone reach its peak.
