Future Stars Bulldoze F.C. Kallon out of CAF Confederations Cup

Future Stars Football Club from Egypt has proceeded to the next stage of CAF Confederations Cup after a comfortable 4-0 win in the second-leg of their second-round preliminary against F. C. Kallon in the Confederation Cup at the Air defence Stadium in Egypt on Sunday, October 16th, 2022.

Future F.C. won both legs with an aggregate score of 6-0.

Ayman Sfaxi opened the score in the 12 minutes before striking again in the 60th minute. Saad Samir scored the third in the 68th before Nasser Maher’s 80th minute strike which sealed victory for the Egyptians.

Despite F.C. Kallon crashing out of CAF’s Confederations Cup, the four matches they played in the competition  will essentially serve as part of their build-up going into the 2022/2023 Premier League Season in Sierra Leone.  

F.C. Kallon finished 5th in the 2021/2022 Premier League Season in Sierra Leone after playing 34 matches and finishing with 49 points.
