The government of Sierra Leone has suspended all official oversea travels by Ministers, Ministers of State, Deputy Ministers and Heads of Departments effective April 30, 2023, unless advised otherwise.
This was communicated to public officials through a memorandum from the Secretary to the President which was put out on April 4, 2023.
This came as the country prepares for the June 24 elections.
