One of the key components of the “thank you” tour is the emphasis on two-way communication. Representatives from LRMG actively listen to the concerns, suggestions, and feedback from stakeholders. This dialogue allows the company to address any misconceptions, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate community input into their plans. Some of the request these stakeholders asked for was provision of more employment, provision of motorcycles, a visit to China for familiarization, building of schools, increment of salaries/consultation fees and improvement for some of the court barrays.

By reinvesting in the communities affected by their operations, the mining company aims to leave a positive and lasting impact.

This initiative not only strengthens relationships but also contributes to the broader goal of creating a harmonious balance between economic development and environmental and social stewardship in the mining sector.
