In an exclusive interview with Premier News, Graig revealed that his new album features ten carefully crafted songs, each representing his personal growth and challenges in the music industry. “This concert is not just about celebrating my album; it’s about inspiring others to stay determined despite the challenges they face,” Graig shared enthusiastically.

Reflecting on his career, Graig highlighted the obstacles he has overcome to reach this point, noting that the concert serves as a motivational message to his peers and fans. “I chose the title Journey to the Top because this year has marked significant progress for me. We shouldn’t let difficult situations define us. Even in tough times, we must find ways to survive and continue moving forward,” he explained. Graig also opened up about the challenges he faced during his time with his former music label, Fame Entertainment, owned by the famous Sierra Leonean artist Famous.

Graig is calling on Sierra Leoneans to join him at the concert to celebrate his musical achievements. The artist’s journey began in 2013 when he performed at school events, later transitioning to a professional career in 2019. Since then, he has steadily built a name for himself in the local music scene.

In addition to his music career, Graig is a third-year student at Fourah Bay College, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Politics. He also holds a Diploma in African Studies from FBC. Despite his busy academic schedule, Graig has successfully recorded over ten tracks for his new album, which he describes as life-changing and of high quality.

Graig’s upcoming Journey to the Top concert is expected to be a major event for fans and aspiring musicians alike, highlighting his musical journey and personal growth. As the artist prepares for the November concert, excitement is building across Freetown for what promises to be a night of celebration and inspiration.
