Miss Freetown 2024 Auditions a Success, Management Expresses Gratitude

Freetown, Sierra Leone – September 13, 2024 – The management of Miss Freetown Sierra Leone Limited has extended its heartfelt appreciation to the community for their overwhelming support during the 2024 Miss Freetown auditions. Esther Y. Kamara, Executive Director of Miss Freetown Sierra Leone Limited, expressed gratitude to all who contributed to the event’s success.

“Thank you for making the 2024 Miss Freetown Audition a success! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for being a vital part of this event,” Kamara said. She also commended the contestants for their confidence, enthusiasm, and individuality, encouraging them to continue pursuing their dreams. Kamara further praised the judges for their expertise and dedication and recognized the sponsors for their critical role in empowering young women and supporting the community.

The 7th edition of the Miss Freetown Beauty Pageant, held on August 31, 2024, at the West End Palace Restaurant, attracted over 100 contestants from across Freetown. Fifty participants advanced to the next round, and after a competitive selection process, 15 were chosen to vie for a place in the grand finale. A panel of judges ultimately selected 11 finalists, who will compete for the crown at the grand finale on December 25, 2024, at the Bintumani Conference Centre.

The finalists are: Kumba Kamanor, Emma Tejan Cole, Hawa Gbolia, Fatmata B. Conteh, Sarah I.K Mansaray, Rosaline Nyallay Koroma, Rugiatu Zainab Timbo, Lachaeveh Alberta Davies, Isha Simbo Turay, Deborah Paulina Kamara, and Binta Kondeh.

Miss Freetown Sierra Leone Limited remains committed to its mission of promoting talent and fostering community engagement through its events. The organization looks forward to its upcoming grand finale, where the next Miss Freetown will be crowned.
