Sierra Leone: Kids Super Stars S/L to release theme song

The Chairman of the Kids Super Stars Sierra Leone, Juan Idriss Conteh has said on Tuesday November 3, 2020 that, the union will release a theme song titled ‘Letter to Salone’ this November.

According to Conteh, the songs adavises against parental neglect of children  who are the owners of everything in the future.

He further descibed them as delicate gifts which ought to be properly cared for so that they could reach their desired goals.

He explained the union was established with the aims of promoting, uniting and empowering talented kids across the nation. He mentioned that the union is not only nurturing the musical careers of the kids, but also helping them to stand out  in their academic pursuits.

He also said that the union welcomes any kid that is talented in singing, dancing and sports.

Conteh furthered that since the union had been established it has helped kids realize their potentials as musicians, fosterered unity and willingness among them to achieve their dreams.

“Kid Super Stars is yearning to take Sierra Leone music to a different level.The union is always aiming to battle with kids in other countries, ” he said.

He admitted that are facing difficulty in assermbling the children from different places in a single place, adding that they have had problems  with the blogers, promoters in promoting S/L music.

He said that the union was registered  in September 14,2020 with freetown City Council.

Conteh added that the union consist of 25 kids of which 20 are officailly registered

“We want to unveil talents in the kids to achieve their dreams at the end of the day,” Conteh concluded.
