Mighty Blackpool Secure First Win in Leone Rock Premier League

Freetown, Sierra Leone – Mighty Blackpool celebrated their first victory in the ongoing Sierra Leone Leone Rock Premier League by defeating newcomers Star Sport Academy 1-0 over the weekend. The crucial goal was scored by Sulaiman Conteh in the first half, ending the team’s winless run.

Under the guidance of new Liberian coach William E. Pennoh, the team, known as the Tis Tas Boys, showed great resilience. Fans jubilated at the final whistle, lifting the new coach on their shoulders in celebration of the much-needed win.
