Mohamed Jimmy Rogers, aka Manzu, a renowned musician has recently donated a consignment of rice to People with Disabilities (PWDs) in Freetown.
The rice was given to persons living disabilities being homeless and their organizations.
He made the donations through his established foundation, Ability in Disability (AID).
Manzu, being a person living with disability, established the organization to give hope to his colleagues.
According to him, the donation was made towards mitigating the economic burden on the lives of people living with disabilities amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Manzu expressed thanks and appreciation to his fans, family and friends for making the donation possible through his Go Fund Me campaign he embarked on last November.
Manzu was a member of a music crew ‘Manzu avec C-Bolt’. He later went on solo after serving several years making music with the group. On his solo, he made songs like: ‘Titi Ole Mi’, ‘Rokoto’, and many more that hit the market.
Manzu being a music man has been working so hard in the industry to make sure that the upcoming musicians realize their dreams. He is currently managing Kaley Bag, an upcoming artist. Manzu had recently facilitated Kaley Bag’s trip to Nigeria for the heightening of his music profession.
