Sierra Leone: Double King pairs with Rozzy in hit single

David Solomon Koroma aka Double King, a local musician has on Wednesday November 11, 2020, said that he has recently released a single song titled ‘Take my hand’ featuring Rozzy Sokota, a renowned Sierra Leone musician.

He said the song is based on love, and it encourages lovers to be faithful to each other because unfaithfulness breeds failure in life. He said: “One good woman is enough to be with.”

He noted that he sings the Milo Jazz (Gumbe) – fusion, a genre of music in the African societies mostly in Sierra Leone.

He explained that his music career started in Church where he served as a chorister. He added that to broaden his knowledge in music, he applied and gained admission into the Ballanta Academy of Music in 2020, and was sponsored by his church to learn the Organ.
