David Solomon Koroma, aka Double King, a local musician has on Friday January 22, 2021 released a new song titled ‘Bless Me.’
“‘Bless Me’ is a song which inspires people to have faith in God and be prayerful. In different ways we all need God’s blessings in our lives: in our finances, our health, our family, in our work places and many other areas. The song is a form of prayer to God, telling Him that He is the only One that men should depend on. A man will fail his fellow man; Science will fail man, but God is there to answer us and will never fail us,” he explained.
As a musician he does Gumbe-Fusion otherwise known as Milo-Jazz.
According to him he has always been interested in doing music which portrays Sierra Leone’s unique musical heritage so much so that when they are played listeners will instantly identify the “Sierra Leoneaness” in his songs.
