Sierra Leone High Commissioner to Kenya, Isatu Aminata Bundu, bid farewell at State House Nairobi after completing her tour of duty.
President William Ruto shared the announcement on his X page, where he expressed appreciation for her role in enhancing bilateral relations.
“Kenya and Sierra Leone have enjoyed strong diplomatic relations founded on mutual respect and a shared commitment to pan-Africanism and regional stability,” he said.
During her tenure, High Commissioner Bundu played a key role in strengthening these ties, with both countries exploring further opportunities for cooperation in agriculture, education, tourism, and more.
President Ruto’s message highlighted the continued commitment of both nations to fostering and enhancing these bilateral relations for the benefit of their people.
