CONTRACT TITLE: Supply and Delivery of 52,000 (Fifty-Two Thousand) Solar Powered Radios
REFERENCE NO: WVISL/ITB-FY20/ITB0005/2020-06-09
World Vision International Sierra Leone, now invites bids from eligible suppliers for the supply and delivery of 52,000 Solar Power Radio (multiband, solar, wind-up) with accessories. Bidding is open to all bidders who can demonstrate the willingness, financial capability and competency to supply the aforementioned goods. Detailed specifications and Instructions for the tender can be requested for through the WVI Supply Chain Email: wvisl_supplychain@wvi.org prior to submission of the bids. Potential Bidders for the supply and delivery of this goods are hereby required to submit copies of the following documentations together with their bid submission:
- Valid business registration certificate
- Valid NASSIT clearance certificate
- Valid Tax clearance certificate
- Bid security from a certified bank or insurance company – 3% of the total bid price
- Evidence of past contract performed in similar assignment
- Manufacturer authorization
- Audited Financial Statement for the past two financial years
- Evidence of Similar Contract Performed
- Sample of Solar Power Radio with all Accessories
Bidders are advised to provide clear evidences of their capacity to supply and deliver the goods above all, meet all the requirements mentioned above.
EVALUATION METHOD (selection criteria evaluation): The bid evaluation committee will evaluate and award the contract on the basis of the following selection criteria:
I. Financial standing of the bidder
II. Pricing
III. Lead timeframe for the supply and delivery of 52,000 solar powered radios
IV. Compliance to specification of 52,000 solar powered radios (specifications available from the office)
V. Available sample radios submitted
