The Head Coach of the Patriots (male and female), South African born Kenneth Masinga has conducted a three-hour seminar for 10 local coaches at the Kingtom Cricket Secretariat.
The aim is to help coaches understand player selection policy and to guide them through strategies that enhance the conduct of players.
One of the beneficiaries, Edward George Ngegba, Assistant Coach 2 for the U-19 team, described the session as productive. “We learnt a lot, and if we implement what we have learnt, the future of our cricket is safe,” he pointed out.
The Friday seminar has marked the first professional engagement coaches have had since the start of the year 2023.
